Steve O. Michael

Steve O. Michael is Professor of Higher Education Administration and Vice Provost for University Diversity and Academic Initiatives at Kent State University. He has authored/co-authored several books and articles since 1990. Mark Kretovics is Assistant Professor of Higher Education Administration and coordinator of the master’s degree in Higher Education at the Graduate School and College of Education, Kent State University.
